TUITION AND PAYMENTSAll American accepts the following major credit cards:
MasterCard and VISA (debit cards as well) . Checks and cash are, likewise, accepted.
There are two phases to the
driver education program. Paying for the classroom phase ($360) entitiles you to the driving phase at
no additional charge. The classroom phase may be paid for initially with a $200 deposit. Your 2nd payment
will include a $10 handling fee, making the balance $170. This 2nd payment is due within two weeks of the beginning
of class. The paperwork to get a learner's permit is not released until the full $360 is paid, and only after
the student has attended at least the first three days of class. Paying the $360 "in full" on or
before the first day of class entitles you to permit testing for $20 ($10 savings). Permit testing is a separate service,
not part of tuition. Permit testing requires an appointment. The fee is $30 unless you pay your tuition in full
by the first day of class. Students have 1 year from the first class day to
complete their seven driving lessons, and to take advantage of the "no additional cost". Failure to
do so will cause the student to have to start their driving lessons over and pay the necessary fees.
All American strives to stay under the price of comparable competitors. If specials or discounts
elsewhere make for a lower price, we will be happy to match it. We want each and every student in the area to have the opportunity
to have the best instruction and learning experience. Therefore, the dollar amount is not an issue with us. In order for us
to match a price, you must announce it before registration. NOTE: We match competitor
prices for their "entire program" cost, not the breakdown of each phase.
EMPLOYMENT
All American Driving School
has over forty employees at its four locations. We have a combination of full-time and part-time employees. Our company
provides a very pleasant working environment. A friendly, family-type atmosphere is evident at each one of our locations.
We offer very competitive wages based on your qualifications and experience. Hours and schedules are determined by each individual
employee and may vary from week to week according to employee preference.
Certified instructors wanting to work
for a very successful company or persons wanting to be trained may call any of our locations and give information for owner,
Randy Savage, to contact you.
The average cost to become a certified "in car instructor" is $600. The
average cost to become both "in car" and "classroom" certified is $900. Approximately 80 to 100 hours
of your time will be required for training.

One of my goals since acquiring ownership
of All American Driving School in March of 1997, was to improve the learning environment for students. Small, crowded spaces
in shopping centers are not a desired setting for educating students concerning one of the most serious endeavors
of their lives. Driving an automobile is a serious undertaking, and I believe it extremely important that students have the
best facility and instruction available. I have accomplished my goal in Garland of providing free-standing buildings
- actual "schools" for our students, and soon will have done so in Rockwall. My new school in Wylie now becomes my
project over the next few years. In the mean time, we have found a very roomy, well decorated corner space from which to educate
our students. The space has never been occupied, and will be a brand new facility. As with my other schools, there will
be a large reception area, a front desk separated from classrooms, a refreshment area, two large classrooms........and
beautiful decorations for the Wylie students and parents to enjoy. I am committed to making my students driver education experience
both enjoyable and worthwhile ! I hope you will take the time to come visit one of my locations. We would love to
meet you, visit with you, and show you all that we have to offer your young driver !
